Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani, along with his family, participated in the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday. The Maha Kumbh Mela, recognized as the world’s largest religious gathering, witnessed the industrialist and his family embracing spiritual traditions at the sacred event.
Accompanied by his wife, Dr. Priti Adani, Chairperson of the Adani Foundation, and son, Karan Adani, Managing Director of Adani Ports and SEZ Limited, Gautam Adani offered prayers at the revered Triveni Sangam, where the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers converge. The family was seen taking part in rituals, reflecting their deep reverence for the occasion.
During their visit, Adani also made a stop at the ISKCON temple camp at the fairgrounds. Engaging in the religious proceedings, he actively participated in the preparation of Mahaprasad (sacred meals), demonstrating his commitment to the traditions of the Kumbh Mela.
The Maha Kumbh Mela attracts millions of devotees, saints, and spiritual leaders from across the country and beyond. Adani’s presence at the event highlights the continued participation of prominent figures in India’s rich cultural and religious festivities.
