A minor road incident involving a Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) bus and a car belonging to actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took place in Mumbai’s Juhu area on Wednesday. According to BEST spokesperson Sudas Sawant, the bus, operating under a wet lease, accidentally made contact with the vehicle near Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow on Juhu Tara Road.
Following the incident, the bus driver stepped out to assess the damage when an altercation ensued. A bouncer allegedly slapped the driver, prompting him to call the police helpline. Upon the arrival of law enforcement, a third party known to the bouncer reportedly apologized to the driver, leading to an amicable resolution without further police intervention.
Authorities have confirmed that no official complaint was filed regarding the incident, and no case has been registered. The matter was settled on the spot, avoiding any legal proceedings.
